Telugu Desam Party MPs Nama Nageswara Rao and Sujana Chowdary and party leader C M Ramesh, on Monday, filed petitions individually, praying stay against the High Court order to the CBI to probe into "disproporationate assets" against them. These leaders, too, were included in the High Court order to the CBI to investigate into the omissions and commissions of former chief minsite rand TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu and his family members.

Besides the TDP leaders, Telugu daily proprietor Ch Ramoji Rao, too, approached the apex court to stay the CBI investigation into his Ushodaya Publishers and him individually.
