Venkatesh to star in Meher's film

Despite Shakti turning out to be a really bad dud, director, Meher Ramesh is back hogging the limelight and is gearing up to direct superstar Venkatesh in an action- drama.

The film will be produced by Paruchuri Prasad.

The story is set in Bangkok and Malaysia and the director is said to have obliged our super dude who insisted that the plot should be an action-centric one.

“Venkatesh likes the plot and meetings are on overseas to scout locations that will be finalised soon,” says a source, in the production house.

Interestingly, the producer who is making Naa Istham with Rana, has now signed up his uncle. Can Meher revive his winnning streak? Time will tell.
